On the road again

Hello lovely readers! Hope you have all had a good weekend? Can't believe its November already! Today, we wanted to share with you our little day trip to a perfect spot in Yorkshire called Ilkley. I adore this part of the world and its the best at Christmas. I've been going to Ilkley for years so has Tom. Today we both decided to walk around a few quiet shops and grab a coffee or two...

First, we had to go food shopping for the week ahead. Me and Tom love to plan our meals because we hate being disorganized and then thinking.....what should or shouldn't we have. So with Ilkley in mind, we hit Aldi then back home to unload and before we knew it we had the whole afternoon in front of us. I drove today, Toms booking his test so hopefully he will drive us soon- YOU CAN DO IT! This picture is me driving passed our house and on to our lovely afternoon. My car if your wondering is a Vaxuhal Adam. I love my car, its like my best friend.

We arrive in Ilkley and its always beautiful, the houses are made with Yorkshire stone, pretty pastels, flowers and just my cup of tea. Today I'm taking my new CathKidston bag with me. This bag is for work but it is very handy; totally in love. This print is the 'Scattered Woodstock duffel backpack'. Its currently in the sale which was great. To be honest, I've never owned a CathKidston backpack before and I did not think about getting one until I saw it. I got this from the Leeds store.

I just love this bag and Tom likes it too....even when I ask him to hold it. Together we walked around Ilkley and went shopping. I have a list of 'buys' that I need to get before our wedding. I have decided to invest in my money so watch this space.... hahaha.

Last stop Costa...why not? This weekend is the new release of  Christmas Menu coffees. In this attractive picture haha I was drinking the Gingerbread skinny late. I love the cute takeout cups. Has anyone else had one yet? Costa Christmas is perfect!
